OUR SHOP
Located next to the Peacehaven Post Office on the A259 coast road between Newhaven and Saltdean, our retail premises has ample parking and stocks a wide range of consumables, peripherals and components at excellent prices. We stock Jettec inks for Canon, Epson, Brother and HP printers and have a next day ordering facility for anything we do not stock. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am – 5.30pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am – 7pm. Saturdays are from 9.30am - 4.30pm.
If you cannot make it to the shop, engineers are available for home visits between 09.00 and 22.00 and can solve most problems on site, a home visit is especially useful for internet and email problems.
Prices are £40 per hour with no callout fee between Rottingdean and Seaford, workshop rate is slightly cheaper at £35.00 per hour, and both rates are the most competitive offered by an established firm for PC repairs in the Brighton and Hove area.

General Repairs – From £35.00
We are able to take on repairs of all size and severity in our well equipped workshop, located on the A259 in Peacehaven between Seaford and Brighton we have ample parking behind our shop and are in the perfect spot if you live on the south coast. For those of you unable to make it down during business hours we are now open from 7am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and offer home visit 5 days a week until 10pm.
Data Recovery – From £35
Losing an important document or a precious photo is something that has happened to us all, thankfully Aztech are on hand to help. We have advanced data recovery software which can help retrieve deleted data even after a hard drive has been wiped.
Replacement Parts – From £10.00
We stock and have access to a spare parts catalogue of several hundred thousand items. If your PC has a faulty component, no matter how specific we can get hold of it including hard drives, memory, motherboards and processors.
Virus removal – From £35.00
It is a sad fact but as many as 1 in 10 web pages contain viruses meaning that nowadays, more than ever you are likely to pick up a virus from surfing the net. We supply the NOD32 antivirus system, voted number one antivirus program in the world 10 years running to help prevent this. Sometimes though, regardless of security virus infections can still occur.
If you do pick up a virus, our technicians can remove the infection without deleting any data and in most cases do this without having to reformat your hard disk. Prices for this start from £35.
Reformats - £75 fixed rate
Over time PC’s become slow and clogged with redundant data and programs. The cheapest and most cost effective way of resolving this is to backup and reformat the PC. We guarantee that no data will be lost and when the PC is returned it will be running like new – at just £75 it is much cheaper than buying a new PC.
Data Cloning and Backup – From £35.00
We understand that your data is important and that in some cases, data loss can be catastrophic. We offer a data backup and data clone service to help prevent this. Data backup can involve simply taking your most important files and storing them on a DVD, CD, memory stick or external hard disk for you. A data clone is where a mirror image is taken of your existing hard disk and copied on to another. This way, if your hard drive becomes faulty you have an exact copy on another disk. This can then be installed in your PC and you will be back up and running.
Home Visits – From £40.00
Sometimes is it not convenient for you to bring your PC or laptop to us. If this is the case we offer a home visit service for just £40p/h in business hours and £45 out of hours. Generally home visits last no longer than one hour and if the problem cannot be fixed onsite we will take it back to our workshop and redeliver when complete.
Home visits are especially useful for wireless installs, internet connectivity issues and email problems.
Laptop DC Socket Replacements – Fixed Price of £95.00
Laptop DC sockets can be very fragile and are easily broken – often caused by being dropped or if someone trips on the lead when plugged in it will cause the laptop to no longer charge and once the battery is drained the machine becomes useless. Our technicians will source a new socket and solder a new jack onto the motherboard for a fixed price of £95.00. This may seem expensive but most companies charge a minimum of £150.00.
Screen Replacements – From £95
Laptop screens are easily broken, often when dropped, stepped on or subjected to a heavy impact. We have access to replacement screens for all makes and model of laptop and can have them delivered and fitted next day. A broken screen is identifiable by cracks in the panel and an obscured picture caused by a leaking LCD.

Spring Cleans
If your PC is running slow, overheating or you feel that it generally just needs a good cleanup we can perform a spring clean on it which will involve a physical clean of all components and fans, disk cleanup and defragment, removal of unwanted software and tune up for just £35.00. This offer runs all year round so you don’t have to wait until spring!
Stationary and Consumables
We stock a large range of printer consumables, blank CD’s and DVD’s and office stationary in our shop. Jettec compatible ink cartridges start at £4.99 each and are available for Canon, Epson, HP and brother printers. We can supply toners and cartridges for all makes and models of printer including Lexmark, Oki, Kyocera, HP, Canon, Epson, Ricoh, Dell and many more all on free next day delivery.

Unlike all major manufacturers all of our PC’s are specifically built to your specification, why buy an all singing and dancing PC when all you need it for is business use. Our advisors will listen to your requirements and recommend a specification that will suit your needs, this way you only pay for what you need. In the unlikely event you do experience problems there are no expensive help lines or repair queues, we turn around a repair within 48 hours.
Laptop and Netbook Supplies
At any one time hundreds of different makes and models of laptops are available, we understand that choosing the right one and at the right price is difficult. Here at Aztech we keep a small number of laptops and netbooks in stock which we think are the best current deal on the market. We supply Asus, Toshiba, HP and Samsung products but can get any other make and model in on request, generally much cheaper than the major chains. All of our Asus laptops and netbooks are covered by the Asus 2 year global warranty and are voted the most reliable on the market. Comparisons show that Asus are 30% less likely to develop a fault out of warranty over other brands.
